Beth Whitman has logged hundreds of thousands of miles around the globe as a contemporary Wanderer: combining her love for travel with volunteer work, adventure trips, travel writing and business.
After teaching travel-related workshops in the Seattle area for nearly 15 years, Beth decided to get her message of encouragement and inspiration to more people. She started her own publishing company (Dispatch Travels) and began writing the Wanderlust and Lipstick guidebooks for women travelers (now including The Essential Guide for Women Traveling Solo, For Women Traveling to India) and is the publisher of Traveling with Kids. She is the editor of WanderlustAndLipstick.com and the women's travel columnist for Transitions Abroad.

Debbie Dubrow is the founder of www.deliciousbaby.com. DeliciousBaby is for parents who want to travel with their children, but don't know how to start. On the website she shares her own travel stories (in the US and internationally) and her best tips and advice on issues like how to keep kids busy on a plane, surviving jet-lag, and flying with carseats. She also shares new news and information that impacts traveling families on an ongoing basis.
She lives in Seattle, WA with her husband and three children (a 4 year old, a 2.5 -year old and a newborn at this writing).
Debbie's article on Advantage Rent-A-Car's Unsafe Car Seats spawned two under-cover news investigations and significant changes in corporate policy. Her articles on this and other family travel related topics have appeared on many influential websites including MSNBC.com, Lifehacker, and Frommers.com. She was also the co-host of TBEX'09, a conference for travel bloggers in Chicago in July 2009. Speakers included Wendy Perrin of Conde Nast Traveler, Jen Leo of the LA Times,Chris Elliott, Disney PR, and more.
Michelle Duffy is an IT professional living and working in Seattle. She spent 8 years working at Amazon.com before breaking out on her own as an independent contractor - mainly to allow more time for family and travel. She's currently working with Virtuoso as a software project manager with a dash of social media consulting on the side.
With her natural passion for travel, she and her husband left Dublin, Ireland in 1995. After exploring much of the Western U.S., they settled in Seattle with their two boys. Parenthood did not preclude Michelle's intent to wander far and wide. She has traveled extensively in the U.S., Europe, South and Central America with her family. Her children have so far: visited Machu Picchu, explored Mayan Mexico, enjoyed the view from the Acropolis and marveled at the kangaroos in South Australia - as well as visiting many other fun destinations worldwide. Michelle is currently planning 15-month round-the-world trip with her family.
Michelle blogs as WanderMom and is co-author of Wanderlust and Lipstick: Traveling with Kids.
